Combining my life experiences with EFT, I can help you better manage your stress, and what keeps holding you back in life, question the core beliefs that don’t serve you anymore, and find your path to success, wellness, and fulfillment both at home and at work.

EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as tapping, is a gentle and effective approach that combines elements of acupressure, psychology, and energy healing. It involves self-applied tapping on specific meridian points on the face and upper body, while focusing on the emotional or physical challenges you're experiencing. This process helps release negative emotions, reduce stress, and restore emotional harmony.

For purpose-seeking Humans and with the support of a coach, EFT can be an effective tool to help manage work stressors, process past negative experiences, and enhance resilience. It can also help better understand professional motivations and provide clarity as to your True Purpose and where to go next.

We provide private online coaching sessions for individuals and groups.

We also provide services to clinical institutions and corporations with cohort-based group tapping sessions led either online or in-person, with the ability to measure the effect of EFT on signs of burnout over time with a validated instrument.

Step-by-Step or Deeper Discovery Package

These are different options to choose from to get started on your journey to discover or re-discover your path. Schedule one session at a time or decide to go for a series of five sessions to allow for more in-depth work.
